Quick troubleshooting
1) The calendar isn’t showing on the cart page
- Confirm the Theme App Extension block has been added to your cart page in the Theme Editor.
- Make sure the block is enabled (not hidden) and the theme changes are saved.
- Test in an unpublished duplicate theme to confirm theme-specific behavior.
2) Customers can still checkout without choosing a date
- This only applies when the app block is on the cart page. If the block isn’t added, checkout won’t be blocked.
- Confirm you’re testing on the cart page (not drawer cart) and that the checkout button is the one on that page.
3) Time slots are enabled but time isn’t being saved
- Confirm time slots are configured for at least one weekday window or date override.
- Try selecting a date that has an active window configured.
4) Name/phone/notes fields aren’t appearing
- These fields only show if enabled in the app settings.
- If enabled, name/phone can be required for customers before checkout.
Where pickup details appear
When configured, pickup details are saved into Shopify (cart attributes and/or order notes) so you can see them inside the Shopify Admin on the order.
What to include when emailing support
- Your store URL (or myshopify.com domain)
- Your theme name and whether you’re using a cart page or cart drawer
- Screenshots of your app settings and Theme Editor block placement
- Steps to reproduce the issue
